Overview:

Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid, full time, 35 hours per week

Reporting to Manager, Strategic Relationships

 

The Client Sales Support III role will be responsible for enabling our team to deliver best in class reporting, insights and processes for our B2B and B2C partners. The role is to support our wider go to market team to enable them to operate more efficiently and effectively.

 

The role will work closely with our Strategic Relationship Managers to help with reporting, enablement and operational tasks as well as identify ways in which they can be improved and refined. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and be process driven. 

Responsibilities:

Reporting and Processes 

  • Ultimate responsibility for sales and insight reporting for our partners, this will include:  
  • Weekly trade reporting of B2B and B2C sales for the likes of Tesco, Morrisons, IKEA, Mitchells & Butlers across our Cashstar and incentives platforms  
  • Trade reporting for our B2B partners such as Reward Gateway, Prezzee  
  • Monthly trade packs for our brand partners and clients  
  • Review the processes in which are reporting is delivered, and actively identify ways in which we can automate and streamline the reporting process 
  • Identify new insights and information which can provide opportunities for growth and enhancing BHN’s reputation as a partner that proactively identifies emerging trends in the gift card industry   
  • Support the marketing efforts with campaign analysis  
  • Supporting with re-forecasting and budgeting requirements for external and internal budgeting purposes  

Sales Enablement 

  • Assist with requests for new product builds  
  • Support the launches of new programmes with setup documentation, and internal coordination 
  • Assist with the implementation of promotional campaigns on our Cashstar B2C partner sites  
  • Operational & Administrative Support 
  • Create process documentation for:  
  • Product onboarding 
  • Platform onboarding  
  • New programme launches  
  • Project management support for new launches  
  • Product rate change requests  
  • Ad-hoc requests support for items like reporting, faceplate updates  
  •  help support Relationship Management Team with ABR’s and QBR’s 
  • Identifying process improvements for our operational delivery of gift card programmes for our Cashstar clients  

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Create process documentation for:
    • Product onboarding
    • Platform onboarding
    • New programme launches
  • Project management support for new launches
  • Product rate change requests
  • Ad-hoc requests support for items like reporting, faceplate updates
  •  help support Relationship Management Team with ABR’s and QBR’s
  • Identifying process improvements for our operational delivery of gift card programmes for our Cashstar clients

Internal & External Stakeholders 

External: 

  • Client contacts including Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Customer Care, Finance, and IT 

Internal: 

  • Strategic Relationship Manager’s  
  • Product, Content, IT, Finance, and Operations teams 
  • Wider Blackhawk Network teams where applicable  

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support, operations, or data analysis roles desirable 
  • Commercially curious with an ability to recognise opportunities without being account-facing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
