Reports to: Senior Marketing Director
This is a newly created, senior leadership role at the heart of BHN's commercial transformation.
As Marketing Director, B2B for EMEA, you will own the entirety of B2B marketing across the newly consolidated organization — building and leading a high-performing team, driving a unified go-to-market strategy to scale, driving measurable revenue growth, strengthening market positioning, and building a best-in-class B2B marketing engine powered by data, insight, and execution excellence across the region.
You will sit within the EMEA senior marketing leadership team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, and will work in close partnership with the full range of cross functional stakeholders both in EMEA and Globally. This role represents a significant opportunity for an ambitious, analytically driven marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands on leadership, strong analytical skills and relentless focus on ROI to shape how BHN goes to market at a pivotal point in its growth.
