This role represents a significant opportunity for an ambitious, analytically driven marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands on leadership, strong analytical skills and relentless focus on ROI to shape how BHN goes to market at a pivotal point in its growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies

Demand Generation & Pipeline

  • Drive a performance-first culture within the team, with rigorous KPI setting, tracking and optimisation across all programmes

 Messaging

  • Lead the development of compelling, insight-driven messaging and positioning for BHN's B2B propositions across EMEA
  • Ensure messaging is differentiated, commercially relevant, and consistently applied across all channels and markets
  • Work closely with global marketing and product marketing and local stakeholders to translate product capability into market-ready narratives & sales enablement support that resonate with B2B buyers

Data, Analytics & Performance

  • Own the B2B marketing performance framework for EMEA, including KPIs, dashboards and reporting cadences
  • Use data and insight to inform strategy, prioritise investment and demonstrate the commercial impact of marketing activity
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach across campaigns and channels, embedding continuous improvement into the team's ways of working
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure accurate attribution and reporting

Budget & Resource Management

  • Own and optimise the B2B marketing budget to maximise ROI; ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resource against commercial priorities
  • Provide regular budget reporting and forecasting to the Senior Marketing Director and commercial leadership

People Leadership

  • Lead, develop and inspire a high performing team
  • Set clear OKRs, provide ongoing coaching and development, and build a team culture of performance, collaboration and accountability
  • Support the broader EMEA marketing leadership team in building a unified, motivated function

Qualifications:

  • Significant B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, payments or a related sector
  • Proven track record of building and executing demand generation programmes that have delivered measurable pipeline and revenue impact
