Overview:

Contract: Permanent

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in Hemel Hempstead Office (UK) or Cologne Office (Germany)

Reports to: Manager, Product Implementation

Language Requirements: Fluent in German & English 

 

We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Product Implementation Analyst to join our European Operations Group at Blackhawk Network. This role can be based either in our offices in Cologne, Germany or Hemel Hempstead, UK.

 

As Product Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end product implementation across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on DACH. This includes client consultation, coordination of creative and design work, testing, and securing final approvals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of end-to-end product implementation projects using appropriate tools, resources, and process expertise
  • Partner with Business Development Account Managers to gather and define implementation requirements upfront
  • Lead client-facing project kick-offs and manage ongoing communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on project requirements, processes, timelines, and product expectations
  • Ensure products meet specifications through quality control, artwork proofing, and end-to-end activation and redemption testing
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate as needed, while maintaining accurate project tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and client/stakeholder management skills
  • Proven project coordination or delivery experience, with a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident using business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
