We are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner (m/w/d) to support and strengthen our teams across Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland at Blackhawk Network. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, delivering comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will manage operational HR, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and identifying opportunities to continuously improve HR processes and support business growth as part of BHN’s global HR Talent Management team.
