Overview:

Job Title: Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Contract: TEMP (to December 2025)

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Swords Office (Dublin)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Reports to: Director, Operations

 

We’re recruiting for an Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support delivery of KYB checks for Irish and Dutch clients, ensuring compliance through customer screening, risk rating, and due diligence procedures. It involves verifying Ultimate Beneficial Ownership, handling alerts, and applying Enhanced Due Diligence where needed. Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to maintaining regulatory standards and supporting business operations. We have 2 open temp positions for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily customer screening and KYC checks in line with internal policies.
  • Review alerts and perform live monitoring to identify potential risks.
  • Apply Enhanced Due Diligence procedures for high-risk clients, including PEPs.
  • Manage AML/KYB requirements across diverse client types and jurisdictions.
  • Verify Ultimate Beneficial Ownership and accurately risk rate clients.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather documentation and ensure compliance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines with urgency.
  • Effective communicator with confidence to express ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and maintains high service standards.
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication across varying levels of seniority.
