Overview:

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Contract: Permanent

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in our Swords Office (Dublin)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Reports to: Supervisor, Inside Sales (Incentives)

 

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow SME accounts, selling the One4all Corporate products. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with experience in inside or retail sales who is looking to build a career in B2B sales. The focus will be on driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and working collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Campaigns: Drive quarterly outbound campaigns and handle inbound/outbound calls.
  • Client Engagement: Promote One4all products and highlight cost-saving benefits.
  • Order Management: Process corporate sales orders and gift card replacements.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly updates.
  • Team Support: Offer support to the Corporate Sales team and manage general sales queries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Ireland Accounts to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Entry-Level Experience: Inside or retail sales, ideal for someone starting their B2B sales career.
  • Sales-Driven: Demonstrates ability to meet targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong service mindset with a proactive approach to solving client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal English for effective client and team interactions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Accurate, organised, and reliable in handling admin and sales processes.
  • Team Support: Works well in a team while showing initiative and independence when needed.
