Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative team player to help us unlock growth opportunities and strengthen our market presence. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient onboardings - making sure new accounts ramp up effectively and deliver on their business potential. Additionally, you’ll work closely with the Account Management team to identify and drive high-impact initiatives, connect with key stakeholders, and deepen our understanding of the market and its key players.

 

This role is part of our international Digital team, responsible for driving digital growth across BHN EMEA, and will be a key contributor to growing the business over the coming years.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Onboarding of New Partners: Manage technical onboarding, content approval, and alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and timely launches. 
  • Account Growth: Manage accounts and have a clear strategic plan to grow the accounts and achieve the set targets. 
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Support the Account Managers in analyzing current accounts to uncover untapped potential and new partnership opportunities. 
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Account Managers and brand partners to create long-term strategies that drive revenue and engagement. 
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of trends in digital vouchers, gaming, and gift card industries to propose innovative solutions. Work closely with the BHN global gaming team. 
  • Build Strong Brand Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with brand partners to explore co-marketing, upselling, and exclusive opportunities. 
  • Project Management: Drive key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and results are delivered on time.  
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Support the Digital Team on key internal and external initiatives to drive company-wide success. 

Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of the digital vouchers, gaming, gift card and/or payment industries. 
  • Analytical and goal-driven mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and propose actionable solutions. 
  • Excellent communicator who actively builds relationships across internal and external teams. 
  • Solid project management experience with a proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly when plans change. 
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability - you make things happen and take responsibility for results. 
  • Positive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented attitude with a collaborative and respectful approach. 
  • Highly organized, with a clear focus on high-impact tasks.
