This role sits in a global team tasked with expanding our gift card catalogue globally, by driving value-based relationships with gift card brands, internal stakeholders and our clients for B2B Incentives and Reward programmes. The team is responsible for partnering with our closed loop brands and aggregators/suppliers around the world to successfully identify content opportunities to enhance our BHN catalogue that aligns with our client needs and overall sales objectives.
The Senior Product Manager will be accountable for enabling the Content strategy for EMEA. Acting as the local Subject Matter Expert and single point of co-ordination. A conduit between stakeholders and contributors in the GTM organization and across multiple functions to connect the B2B growth strategy to specific client, programme and product requirements.
The role requires gravitas and credibility, excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, combined with the project management discipline to ‘get things done’. The role will have a direct impact on revenue, brand awareness and BHN’s success in EMEA and globally, and as such will be expected to participate in the EMEA Incentives leadership team.
