Overview:

Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Contract: Permanent

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Swords, Dublin

Hours: 37.5

Reports to: Manager, Field Sales

 

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? One4all is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive new corporate business, nurture existing client relationships, and cross-sell our diverse suite of products.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

 

  • Account Management: Manage an account database, process orders, develop business relationships, and cross-sell products and services.
  • Business Development: Prospect and secure new business, meeting company KPIs.
  • Client Presentations: Present to clients in person and online.
  • Networking: Attend events, roadshows, and represent One4all Rewards at exhibitions and sponsorships.
  • Client Meetings: Meet potential and existing clients in person and virtually to promote products and services.
  • Order Processing: Handle corporate orders, telesales calls, gift card replacements, credit note requests, and queries for Cyclescheme Ireland clients.

 

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role with strong sales and key account management skills. Must have a full, clean, driving licence.
  • Sales Targets: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
  • Skills: Effective journey planning, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Client Focus: Strong client focus with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
