Job Title: Account Manager I

Contract: Permanent

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days/week (Tuesday & Thursday) in Hemel Hempstead Office

Hours: 35

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Client Services (Incentives)

 

Are you a proactive, idea-fuelled and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact with our team of account managers? Join our dynamic, growing team as a hands-on Junior Account Manager where you'll play a crucial role supporting one of our biggest Financial Services clients with their customer engagement programmes. 

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

 

  • Day to day account administration:  Manage status reports and coordinate resources. Complete tasks such as website content management and email campaigns with precision and efficiency
  • Client Interaction: Handle client queries and liaise with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operational management, maintaining collaborative professional relationships. Conduct client meetings to take new briefs, discuss ideas, resolve issues, and attend regular formal reviews.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse programme data and campaign results to drive insights and make recommendations for new marketing communications, user experience improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Generate new ideas : Proactively spot opportunities to improve the programme and progress them with meaningful proposals.
  • Financial Administration: Ensure timely and accurate cost management, estimating, and invoicing.
  • Account Growth: Contribute to account plans to broaden services, driving value for clients and incremental revenue streams.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience of and interest in marketing communications and customer engagement programmes 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, inquisitive and creative mindset to spot opportunities, generate new ideas and and drive improvements.
  • Confident and persuasive communication skills (verbal and written) for client interaction and internal liaison.
  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail, to interpret data and derive meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Personable, credible and able to build rapport easily, keen to grow, learn and get involved in all kinds of exciting work
