Overview:

Job Title: Fulfillment Operations Specialist

Contract: Permanent

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Hemel Hempstead Office

Hours: 35

Reports to: Manager, Fulfilment

 

This dynamic and strategic role is primarily focused on managing the physical fulfillment of gift cards within the UK. You will oversee three fulfillment houses in the UK, all of which are third-party suppliers responsible for order fulfillment. Supporting team members and providing vital assistance during peak times will be crucial to maintaining seamless and efficient operations, keeping us ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

 

  • Review and analyse fulfilment operations: Ensure compliance with policies and minimise risks.
  • Lead projects and initiatives: Drive cost improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Manage product implementation: Oversee new product setups and support project launches.
  • Oversee budget and cost management: Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality.
  • Troubleshoot fulfilment issues: Resolve order processing and operational problems.
  • Reconcile supplier invoices: Ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Supply Chain experience: Proven track record in managing supply chain operations.
  • Process-driven: Strong focus on following and improving procedures.
  • Analytical problem-solving: Ability to analyse issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer-centric: Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and quality.

 

Helpful to have but not essential:

 

  • Product catalogue management: Experience in managing product catalogues, including setup and maintenance, would be beneficial.
