We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage and deliver a portfolio of enterprise Employee Benefit clients. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring retention, and driving account growth.
You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver benefit and employee engagement solutions that meet client needs, while identifying opportunities to expand accounts through additional services. Key performance indicators include SLA adherence, client satisfaction, retention, and business expansion, with targets set annually and reviewed quarterly.
