Overview:

Job Title: Strategic Relationship Manager

Contract: Permanent

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Hemel Hempstead Office

Hours: 35

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Client Services

 

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage and deliver a portfolio of enterprise Employee Benefit clients. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring retention, and driving account growth.

 

You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver benefit and employee engagement solutions that meet client needs, while identifying opportunities to expand accounts through additional services. Key performance indicators include SLA adherence, client satisfaction, retention, and business expansion, with targets set annually and reviewed quarterly. Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

 

  • Manage ongoing client accounts/programmes, developing strong client relationships.
  • Own account strategy to ensure client retention and growth, identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Onboard new clients smoothly, ensuring successful delivery and resolving service concerns.
  • Lead formal client reviews, create and analyse programme data, and make proactive recommendations.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is in place, manage financial tasks, and review aged debt.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes, understand business offerings, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Account Management, ideally within employee benefits, with strong client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled in campaign management, data analysis, and presenting/hosting client sessions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, highly self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Thrives under pressure, customer service oriented, and passionate about self-development.
