Overview:

To generate new business for Blackhawk Network - BHN (UK) within the Payments for Good (Public Sector and 3rd Sector) arena as part of the Enterprise Sales team. 

Responsibilities:

  • To secure new business for fund disbursements in the Public and 3rd Sector markets using Vouchers, Select and Prepaid cards across the UK.
  • Surpass allocated acquisition targets on an annual basis.
  • Work closely with a dedicated Payments for Good team to support the delivery of team goals.
  • To provide feedback on competitive offerings, prospect needs and product development ideas.
  • To proactively review and work within company policies, standard operating procedures, and legislative updates to ensure you are working in line with best practice, whilst controlling business risk. 
  • Display positive examples of the company Beliefs (Real, Accountable, One Team and Innovative) always.  

Qualifications:

 

  • Strong and credible verbal and written communication with great presentation skills.
  • Experienced in the sale of payment solutions including prepaid cards into Public Sector. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching and winning new business.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of own leads.
  • Proficient in the utilisation of sales tools (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Salesloft) to create opportunity.
  • Proficient in the utilisation of CRM to manage opportunity pipelines.
