The role of Customer Account Specialist focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with our new and existing CashStar B2B clients in the Irish market. This includes addressing client enquiries, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting their bulk purchases of gift cards. Our clients include well-known brands such as Tesco, An Post, and Marks & Spencer. Additionally, the role involves supporting the setup and daily operations of B2B gift card clients using our CashStar platform.
