Overview:

Contract: Permanent

Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days/week in our Swords Office, Dublin 

Hours: 37.5 hours

Reports to: Supervisor, Inside Sales

 

The role of Customer Account Specialist focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with our new and existing CashStar B2B clients in the Irish market. This includes addressing client enquiries, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting their bulk purchases of gift cards. Our clients include well-known brands such as Tesco, An Post, and Marks & Spencer. Additionally, the role involves supporting the setup and daily operations of B2B gift card clients using our CashStar platform.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive account growth.
  • Utilise a CRM tool to manage client interactions and track account activities.
  • Monitor the CashStar platform and assist clients with account-related queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
  • Set and achieve individual objectives, reviewing performance regularly.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online search engines.
  • Confident communicator with customers and internal stakeholders, both via telephone and email.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management and some sales or a similar role, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure.
