Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Specialist to join our team and assist in managing key digital distribution partners across Europe. In this role, you will support the Senior Account Managers in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, support in annual marketing plans – campaigns - awareness, and enhance partner engagement. You will assist in maintaining strong relationships with partners, addressing inquiries, and providing support to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Support

  • Assist Senior Account Managers in cultivating and maintaining relationships with digital distribution partners.
  • Support in addressing partner inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate partner activities and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Marketing Campaign Coordination

  • Facilitate the agreement of marketing campaigns between digital distribution partners and brands, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Assist in coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns, including promotional offers, co-branded initiatives, and digital marketing activities.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Assist in monitoring and analysing partner performance metrics, including sales data, transaction volume, and market trends.
  • Help in preparing regular performance reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize partner performance.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in administrative tasks related to partner management, including documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, agreements, and activities in CRM systems.
  • Support in the launch and growth of new content on partner channels in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

 

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, proactive and have loads of initiative. Ideally, we would like this person to have some experience in Account Management.
